LifeLogic never guesses. Every status you see comes from one of these fixed rules, applied to the records you entered once.

Tasks

  • Task due-date statuses

    A task becomes Due today on its date, Due soon within 7 days, and Overdue once the date passes while it is still open.

  • Recurring tasks regenerate

    When you complete a recurring task, the next occurrence is created automatically using the recurrence you chose.

Plans

  • Progress rolls up

    Completing a task updates the progress shown on its milestone, goal and project.

Money

  • Bill reminders

    Unpaid bills are flagged Due soon within 7 days and Overdue after the due date.

  • Recurring bills roll forward

    Marking a recurring bill paid schedules the next due date automatically.

  • Renewal reminders

    Subscriptions renewing within 7 days are flagged, and renewal dates roll forward.

  • Budget thresholds

    A category shows Approaching limit at 80% of its monthly limit and Over budget past 100%.

Organize

  • Warranty expiry

    Warranty expiry is calculated from purchase date plus warranty length, and flagged Expiring soon 30 days out.

  • Document expiry

    Documents are marked Active, Expiring soon within 30 days, or Expired.

  • Maintenance schedules

    Logging maintenance sets the next due date from the interval you picked and reminds you when it arrives.

Life

  • Important date reminders

    Important dates appear in Today, This week and This month as they approach.
